2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Anyx will only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are damaged during transit or upon receipt. We do not entertain returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or any other non-damage-related issues.
Note: Make sure to create a box opening video, as it is required to make a return request in case the product is damaged. Without the box opening video, the return request will not be accepted.
3. Initiating a Return or Refund:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team at anyx.india@gmail.com or send a message on +91 7801866600 within 24hours of receiving your order with an unboxing video. Return parcel will be picked up within 5 working days. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged product along with your order details and any other relevant information.
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipment. Anyx reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria or are not reported within the specified timeframe.
5. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Refund will be initiate within 1-2 business days once original product is received. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's processing time.
Please be aware that certain items, such as gift cards or personalized/customized products, are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon receipt.
